A still life study focused on ellipses and perspective. I used guide lines to build the forms and emphasized final outlines with darker pencil and color accents to show depth and proportion.

Reflection

I found myself focusing a lot on getting every shape as accurate as possible, sometimes redrawing lines multiple times. As a perfectionist, I struggle with letting small mistakes go, but this project reminded me how important accuracy is in building convincing forms. Even though it slowed me down, paying attention to precision helped me understand perspective and ellipses better, and it showed me that my perfectionism can actually push me toward stronger, more detailed work.
