Organizational Lines

We are using organizational lines to map out and align complex objects in space before committing to detailed contours. We learned a key point in drawing compositions with space. We hold a pencil up to help measure relative heights, widths, and angles.

Refelctions

I really did try my best on this one. I kept measuring everything, but my perspective still ended up off, and I restarted a few times out of frustration. Even though it wasn’t perfect, this assignment helped me see how drawing a “blueprint” first actually makes a difference. I’m starting to understand perspective and space a lot more now.
